Aus beiden Fenstern blickt man in ruhige, begrünte Hinterhöfe. Das ganze Wohnhaus ist angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat verlegt und Küche und Bad sind gefliest. Zur Einbauküche gehört ein Kühlschrank, ein Gasherd und auf Wunsch weiteres Equipment. Internetanschluß mit WiFi / WLAN und KabelTV sind in der Miete enthalten.
Zusätzlich kann man noch einen Keller anmieten. Telefon ist nicht inklusive.
Der komplette Preis für die möblierte Wohnung beträgt 650 Euro ist aber verhandelbar. Darin sind enthalten die Miet-, Neben-, Strom-, Heizung-, Möbelkosten, Internet und Satelitten TV.
Die Katharinenstr ist eine ruhige Seitenstr vom Ku´damm, d.h. es sind genügend Einkauf-, Shoppingmöglichkeite und Restaurants schnell zu fuß erreichbar. Die S-Bahnstation Halensee ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Von dort aus fahren diverse Bus- und S-Bahnlinien.
