I'll be traveling from January 25th and will be back February 23rd and would love to sublet my place. The asking price is about 50% of what I pay.
The building has only 2 floors, very quiet neighbours and super peaceful surroundings.
Bedroom/Living room: ~20sqm, big bed, cough, and many plants. Access to a small balcony.
Office: ~16sqm, desk, monitor and storage for clothes.
Kitchen: ~10sqm and well equipped, incl. dishwasher
Bathroom: ~10sqm with bathtub
Washing machine available.
Good for 1 or 2 people.
Super peaceful surroundings surrounded by green areas.
40 minutes to Potsdamer Platz using Bus + S-Bahn. Night bus runs all night every day.
Bike racks available in the front yard. Use of my bike could be discussed.
EDEKA is 3 minutes away. Other shops available in the center of Zehlendorf (5 minutes by bus or bike).
Expenses included: water, electricity, heating, internet (contracted 170mbs). There's no cable TV or phone.
I can be a bit flexible with the dates.
Rent and deposit paid upfront when you get the key and sign subletting contract.
I would ask you to water my plants once during your stay (2 weeks in).
