Apartment is located 200m from the S1 line and bus stops. Close to highend restaurants, shops, markets, grocery, banks, Bürgeramt, etc.

Apartment comes fully furnished with sofa, wardrobe, coffee table, bed and frame, etc. Has 1 bedroom/living room, kitchen with fridge, stove, etc. Full bath, and balcony with southern exposure. (Lots of natural sunlight) Apartment is naturally warm without the heater and relatively quiet. Neighbours are friendly and helpful (if you need them) and otherwise keep to themselves.

Large basement storage area and locked bike room.

Landlord is generous and kind; readily available should problems arise.

Personally, I'm a Canadian Cook in Germany for work and travel and I'm returning home due to VISA expiration. This apartment is good for anyone in University (F.U.) as the campus is 15min by bus, or anyone just starting out on their own; as the apartment comes with everything. Think of it in terms of an Apartment 'Starter Kit.'
