Das moderne und helle Appartement besteht aus einem großen und gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, einer modernen Küche, zwei separaten Badezimmern und einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Zusätzlich ist ein breiter Balkon mit Hollywood Schaukel und Weber-Grill vorhanden. Die U-Bahn Station Oskar Helene Heim ist mit 4 Minuten Fußweg (350m) zu erreichen, zum Campus der Freien Universität benötigt man etwa 10 Minuten. Ein Internetanschluss steht kostenlos per WiFi zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet. In der Küche stehen zusätzlich Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine bereit. Im großzügigen Wohnzimmer findet sich ein langer Esstisch, eine breite Couch, ein TV-Set mit Sky Anschluss sowie die Tür zum Balkon (2. Stock). Im Schlafzimmer stehen eine Keiderschrankwand, ein Fernseher und ein neues Doppelbett (wird gerade geliefert) mit hochwertigen Matratzen. In den zwei modernen Badezimmern finden sich eine Badewanne und eine Duschkabine. Grillen und Rauchen ist leider nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt – dafür gibt es eine Krups Nespresso Maschine. Ein Privatparkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Kaution nach Absprache. Zusätzliche Personen nach Absprache.

modern & furnished Flat next to university campus – 65 square meters

A very modern and sunny flat in Berlin Zehlendorf with an elegant living room, a kitchen, two separate bathrooms and a bedroom with a new double bed. The apartment offers lots of space and has a sunny balcony with a very professional barbecue. It is only a 4 minute walk to the nearest subway station (Dahlem Dorf) and 10 minutes away from the university campus (Freie Universität or FU). A fast wifi internet connection is included.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped. You will find anything you need in the kitchen – a washing machine, a dish-washer and an espresso-machine is also available. The wide living room includes a long dinner table, a cosy couch, a large TV set (sky subscription, dvd player etc.) and access to the balcony (second floor). There is a luxury & new double bed (being delivered this week) as well as a closet with lots of space in the bedroom. Two separate bathrooms offer an elegant shower cabin, a bathtub and separate wcs. A reserved parking lot is located right in front of the building. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
