Hey,

da ich für ein knappes Jahr in’s Ausland gehe biete ich hier meine schöne, helle 2-Zimmerwohnung möbliert zur Zwischenmiete an. Sie besitzt eine Wohnfläche von 37m² und bietet 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer und 1 Balkon.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Zehlendorf, direkt an der U3 gelegen, womit die FU sehr gut zu erreichen ist. Zudem ist der Kürfürstendamm innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen.

Desweiteren befinden sich die Krumme Lanke und der Schlachtensee in unmittelbarer Nähe genauso wie der Grunewald.

Die Wohnung steht vom 31.08.2017 bis zum 31.07.2018 zur Zwischenmiete bereit.

Die Miete beträgt inklusive aller anderen anfallenden Kosten (Strom, Telefon/Internet, GEZ, etc.) 565 €.

Temporary apartment

Hey,

I will leave shortly to spend a year in Australia. I am looking for someone who woud be interested in renting my fully furnished apartment in the meantime. The size of the apartment is 37m² and consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.

The apartment is located in the south of Berlin in Zehlendorf. The subway (U3) is only a minute away. Therefore the Free University of Berlin (FU) is close by and can be reached within minutes. Also the Kurfürstendamm is only 20 minutes by train.
Furthermore the beautiful lakes Krumme Lanke, Schlachtensee and the forest Grunewald are close by.

The apartment is available from 31.08.2017 until 31.07.2018.

The rent, including all costs (internet, telephone, electricity and TV license fees) is 565 €.
