Spacious apartment with two floors.
On the first floor is the kitchen and a bathroom, and upstairs are the bedrooms, a small bathroom and the living room.

Bright and with many plants on the second floor.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Sbahn station Sonnenalle, 5 minutes to Richardplatz and the M41 bus stop is right on the corner with Sonnenalle, which leads directly to Kreuzberg and Mitte.

We have a small cat and it would be indispensable that the person/s staying here, has a love for cats :)

We would love to have a call or a visit if you are already here in berlin. The flat is available for 3 weeks.

Geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Etagen.
Im ersten Stock ist die Küche und ein Badezimmer, und im Obergeschoss sind die Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Bad und das Wohnzimmer.

Hell und mit vielen Pflanzen auf der zweiten Etage.

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn-Station Sonnenalle, 5 Minuten zum Richardplatz und die Bushaltestelle M41 ist direkt an der Ecke mit Sonnenalle, die direkt nach Kreuzberg und Mitte führt.

Wir haben eine kleine Katze und es wäre unumgänglich, dass die Person/en, die hier wohnen, eine Liebe für Katzen hätten :)

Wir würden uns sehr über einen Anruf oder einen Besuch freuen, wenn ihr schon in Berlin seid. Die Wohnung ist für 3 Wochen verfügbar.
