Ich bin eine junge Berufstätige und bin auf der Suche nach einer kleinen Wohnung in Berlin. Idealerweise suche ich langfristiges Zuhause aber ich bin natürlich auch offen für einen befristeten Vertrag. Bezüglich des Einzugstermins bin ich flexibel.

Aktuelle arbeite ich von Zuhause für eine Kreativagentur. Als Mieterin bin ich ruhig und zuverlässig, habe keine Haustiere und rauche auch nicht.

I am a young professional looking for a small flat in Berlin. Ideally it would be long-term, but I am also open for limited contracts. I am flexible with regard to the move-in date.

I am a quiet and reliable tenant, I have no pets and don't smoke. I work remotely for a creative agency.
