Ich bin eine junge Berufstätige und bin auf der Suche nach einer kleinen Wohnung in Berlin. Idealerweise suche ich langfristiges Zuhause aber ich bin natürlich auch offen für einen befristeten Vertrag. Bezüglich des Einzugstermins bin ich flexibel.

Aktuelle arbeite ich von Zuhause für eine Kreativagentur. Als Mieterin bin ich ruhig und zuverlässig, habe keine Haustiere und rauche auch nicht.

Die nötigen Dokumente lasse ich Ihnen natürlich gerne zu kommen. Bei Bedarf kann ich auch einen Bürgen stellen.
