Welcome to my cozy apartment in the heart of Neukölln in Berlin. I’m subletting from the 07th of july until the 15th of july (one week)

The apartment has high ceilings and is newly renovated. It is located in the backyard therefore it is very quiet. It consists of a large kitchen with living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

From the comfortable king size bed (180cm) you can watch TV. Also feel free to use my monitor at the desk for remote work.

There would be a deposit to pay as well as a subletcontract to sign.

The apartment is located at the train station Sonnenallee. It’s in a quite side street between the two popular streets Sonnenallee and Weserstraße in Neukölln. On both streets you find many bars and cafes. Especially Sonnenallee is a multicultural street which is known for its Middle Eastern Food ( I can recommend Azzam- best Lebanese food). You could also walk along the canal all the way to Kreuzberg. Right across the street you find a supermarket and a train as well as a bus station. The bus takes you directly to Hermannplatz within 10min and then further to the district of Kreuzberg.
