I rent my quiet apartment for the summer (no registration).
It is centrally located in Alt Treptow, near the beautiful Maybachufer and not too far from Treptower Park.
It is connected by bus (5 minutes walk) or 12 minutes walk to S Bahn Treptower Park or 15 minutes walk to U7 City Hall Neukolln. In the apartment it is very quiet because it lies only to the courtyard and not to the street. You can even hear the birds in the tree in front of the windows! It is an old building, i.e. high ceilings.
The apartment consists of a living room/fully equipped kitchen and an extra bedroom.
If you want, you can also use my bike.

Ich vermiete meine ruhige Wohnung für den Sommer (kein Anmeldung).
Sie ist zentral gelegen, in Alt Treptow, in der Nähe des schönen Maybachufers und nicht zu weit vom Treptower Park entfernt.
Es ist mit dem Bus (5 Minuten zu Fuß) oder 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur S Bahn Treptower Park oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur U7 Rathaus Neukolln verbunden.
In der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig, da sie nur zum Innenhof und nicht zur Straße hin liegt. Man kann sogar die Vögel im Baum vor den Fenstern hören! Es handelt sich um einen Altbau, d.h. hohe Decken.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer/voll ausgestatteter Küche und einem extra Schlafzimmer.
Wenn Sie wollen, können Sie auch mein Fahrrad benutzen.
