I'll be away from May 13 until May 23 so I'm subletting my lovely altbau apartment in the heart of Kollwitzkiez in Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartment has super high ceilings (3.75m) all over. There's a living+dining room, a bedroom with a small terrace, a kitchen equipped with everything you might need (I love cooking and baking), a bathroom with a tub, and a separate WC. It has lots of light and the balcony faces south.
There's a projector in the living room and a good setup to work remotely, including a walking pad if you want to get your daily steps in while attending your calls or watching a show :)
There are a few plants that I'll ask you to water once a week 🌱
I moved in recently so everything is brand new.

Right by Kollwitzplatz and U2 Senefelderplatz. Only a few minutes to the M1, M2 and 12. You can get to Schönhauser Allee in 10-15 minutes where you can get the Ringbahn S41 ans S42 and a few other trains.
You can walk to Mitte/ Alexanderplatz in less than 30 minutes.
There's an elevator in the building.
If you need anmeldung I'm happy to help (I still remember how hard it was when I first moved here, and would be happy to help someone else out).
My apartment would be suitable for a couple or two friends (the living room is spacious and I have an extra 150x200 mattress that you can use).
