we would like to rent our apartment in Schillerkiez in Neukölln from 02.- 20.07.2025.

To the apartment:
The apartment is 51 sqm and has a kitchen where you can also sit, a living room and a bedroom and is therefore well suited for individuals or couples. She's in the back house. Both in the living room and in the bedroom are a desk where you can work. There is also a table in the kitchen.
In the apartment it is very quiet thanks to the back house position.

Connection and surroundings:
The nearest subway station (Boddinstraße) is 3-5 minutes walk away, the nearest S-Bahn station is 20 minutes walk away and the Tempelhofer field is 10 minutes, which is just great in summer. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous cafés, bars and restaurants, and in Kiez there is a living atmosphere.
We only rent for the entire period mentioned above.

wir möchten unsere Wohnung im Schillerkiez in Neukölln vom 02.- 20.07.2025 untervermieten.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist 51 qm groß und verfügt über eine Küche, in der man auch sitzen kann, ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer und eignet sich daher gut für Einzelpersonen oder Paare. Sie liegt im Hinterhaus, 4.OG. Sowohl im Wohn, als auch im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Schreibtisch, an denen gearbeitet werden kann. Auch in der Küche steht ein Tisch.
In der Wohnung ist es dank der Hinterhaus-Lage sehr ruhig.

Anbindung und Umgebung:
Die nächste U-Bahn-Station (Boddinstraße) ist 3-5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, die nächste S-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß 20 Min. entfernt und zum Tempelhofer Feld läuft man 10 Minuten, was gerade jetzt im Sommer herrlich ist. In nächster Umgebung sind zahlreiche Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und im Kiez herrscht im Kiez eine lebendige Atmosphäre.
Wir vermieten nur für den gesamten, oben genannten Zeitraum.
