Spacious, bright and furnished apartment in most wanted area in Prenzlauer Berg

Internet, electricity, heating costs are included in the price of 980€ per month.
The flat is fully furnished and has a washing machine. Nevertheless there is of course still plenty of space for your own stuff. Some parts of the kitchen have just recently been renovated (new sink, oven, stove, tab and ventilator as can be seen on the pictures) and is very well equipped (of course everything can be used). Very likely the walls in the kitchen have been getting new tilesby the time you move in (which obvisouly is not depicted on the pictures yet), hence the kitchen will be almost brand new.
The windows of the apartment face the courtyard, so there’s no street noise at all. Within seconds you are in the busy, beautiful and safe area of the most loved area of Berlin - Kollwitzkiez with a huge variety of amazing cafés and restaurants around (this really is the hotspot of Berlin!)
As the flat is for subrent no registration is possible. You can still order parcels etc but then just mention my last name in the c/o.
The flat can ONLY be rented for the period of April 27th until June 15th 2024. Thus, the total price for the total move-in time (7 weeks) will be 1.600€.

What’s important for me: be a responsible, trustworthy, clean and reliable person. This flat is my home and I take very much care of it, keep it neat and everything in place. I would assume you would want anyone else to do the same with your home. The flat also comes with some plants. They require some occasional care (watering, not more) and I need to trust you to keep an eye on them. In case this is too much responsibility, let me know beforehand and I will relocate them to a friend. If you are such a big plant lover as I am though, I would be super happy to leave them with you.
