Modern four room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

Hi!
We are looking for a family or couple to sublet our spacious four room apartment while we are away. The apartment is in a new building on Pappelallee in Prenzlauer Berg and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Berlin. It’s perfect for a small family with a child. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine. In the living room we have a pull out couch and smart TV.
The office has a large desk and comfortable chair with a pull out bed (max 160cm) for guests or as a second kids room. The apartment comes with two bathrooms- one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Our bedroom has a 160cm bed and a large closet. Every room has floor to ceiling windows with a French balcony plus there is a small balcony accessible from the office and kitchen. The apartment has an underfloor heating system.

The building has a lot of international families and a courtyard with a small playground. There is a large grocery store downstairs (Rewe). Just out front is the M12 tram and a short walk away the Ubahn and Sbahn at Schönhauser allee.
