I am subletting my beautiful two-room apartment in Berlin Mitte. The apartment has a large living room and a quiet bedroom. Both rooms have high ceilings, wooden floors, and are flooded with light. The apartment comes with everything you need (washing machine, dish washer, vacuum robot, rice cooker, milk steamer, nutri bullet, and more). It has a beautiful balcony from which you can view the sunset and comes fully furnished with a large comfortable sofa, a desk, fast internet, and access to Netflix, MUBI, and Disney Plus.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Wedding, near Mitte. The area is known for its culinary scene. You can find anything from Döner Kebab, pizza, and tandoori to fine dining. You will also not be disappointed by the variety of bars and cafés (Circle cafe, oeuf, Bar Henrietta, and many more). The location is ideal with the Ring Bahn (S-Bahnhof Wedding), S-Bahnhof Humboldthain (North-South Axis), several bus lines, and U-Bahnhof Reinickendorf (U6) only 5 minutes away. Perfect if you work in Mitte. The popular Humboldthain park is in walking distance and great for running and taking walks. Grocery stores (Aldi and Penny) are one minute away.
I am looking for someone who is resonsible and will be mindful and respectful of my furniture and personal items. Ideally, you need a place to stay while looking for an apartment or you are looking for a short-term stay. The apartment is suitable for couples but not suitable as a shared flat (WG). It also not suitable for wheelchair users and people with allergies (my cat usually lives in my apartment).
