Mein Freund und ich suchen unserer nächste gemeinsame Wohnung in Köln und bieten unsere schöne 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg zum Tausch an.
Das Bad und die Küche wurden vor circa 6 Monaten komplett saniert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen schönen sonnigen Balkon. Neben diesem gibt es ebenfalls ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Ein großer Hinterhof mit Fahrradstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Es wird eine Mietanpassung geben. Wie hoch diese ausfällt, ist noch unbekannt.
Die Tram Station Erich-Weinert-Strasse sowie die S-Bahn Station Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn) sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Rossmann, Lidl und Rewe sind direkt ums Eck, sowie zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Spätis etc.
Wir suchen in Köln eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon (ab 75qm). Bevorzugte Stadtteile: Agnesviertel, Nippes, Sülz, Lindenthal. Miete: bis 1400€ kalt.
Tierhaltung muss erlaubt sein, da wir einen 5 Jahre alten Hund haben.
