We are going to travel for some months and would like to rent out our wonderful flat right at Boxhagener Platz from now until the end of February 2024. So the price shown is actually the price from now ubtil the end of February, it would be less depending on the time when you’d move in. The full monthly price is 1650, so you could split it by 29 days of Feb and get the exact number for the time you would spend there.
The apartment has 2 big rooms, around 20 sqm each.
The first room has a couch, a tone of soft cushions, a beautiful self made table, a super nice rug, 2 matching poufs, a huge mirror and many plants that we love.
The second room is facing the backyard, so it's really quite to sleep there. There is a big sideboard at your disposal, a comfy king size bed, a giant Persian vintage carpet and a night stand. The bed is 180 by 200 and is taking the form of your body when you lie down, you'll love it!
Also the flat has a big fully equipped kitchen, unfortunately the dishwasher is broken.
There is a separate small room with the built-in wardrobe where you can freely store all your stuff.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The balcony has 2 wide seats made of pallets and a tree with some lights.
The neighborhood is lively and accessible. Upon exiting the flat, you will find endless options for cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We are next to the Boxhagener platz weekend market which is a lovely time to either buy vegetables and special goods on Saturdays or to stroll through the flea market on Sundays.
We have easy bike access to Kreuzberg/Neukölln and lots of known Berlin clubs.
There is Wi-Fi internet in the flat, no TV.
I'll provide you with some bedding and towels.
We have many plants around the flat, so I would ask you to water them, they are really important to us. A discount on the flat can be discussed in exchange for good plant care. Instructions how and when to water will be provided.
We're looking to rent it out to a couple or an individual, who have experience with taking care of plants, and even though we love parties, we'd like to keep them out of our flat for the time we are away.
