Ich vermiete meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer mit Sofa und ein kleines Zimmer mit großem Bett. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Wohnküche kann man gemütlich sitzen und das Tageslichtbad hat eine Badewanne.
TV, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine gibt es leider nicht!!
Wichtig: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug!
I rent my cozy 2 room apartment. There is a large room with a sofa and a small room with a large bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. You can sit comfortably in the eat-in kitchen and the daylight bathroom has a bathtub.
Unfortunately there is no TV, microwave or dishwasher!!
Important: The apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift!
Die Lage ist mega! Direkt Am Hermannplatz. Reuterkiez, Bergmannkiez, Schillerkiez und Gräfekiez sind super schnell zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Cafes, Bars und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahn U8 und U7 ca 3 Minuten entfernt, sowie diverse Bushaltestellen.
The location is great! Directly at Hermannplatz. Reuterkiez, Bergmannkiez, Schillerkiez and Graefekiez can be reached very quickly. Supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Subway U8 and U7 about 3 minutes away, as well as various bus stops.
Wichtig: ich lasse alle meine Sachen in der Wohnung. Mir ist ein achtsamer Umgang mit meinen Dingen sehr wichtig! Party ist hier nicht möglich! Außerdem ist dies eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Wenn das für euch klar geht, freue ich mich euch meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum zu überlassen :-)
(Ich vermiete i.d.R. nur an Einzelpersonen, bei einer weiteren Person berechne ich 5€/Nacht mehr Miete)

Important: I leave all my things in the apartment. Being careful with my things is very important to me! Party can not take place here! In addition, this is a non-smoking apartment. If that's clear for you, I'm happy to let you have my apartment for the period :-)
(I usually only rent to individuals, I charge 5€/night more rent for one more person).
