I am renting out my cozy 2-room flat located in the very cool area of Kreuzberg, Wrangelkiez, bordering the Spree river (10 min walk), and the Görlitzer Park (10 min walk).

You will have a private Altbau apartment (ca. 54 sqm) with original wooden flooring, including a corridor; a bright living room (ca. 22sqm); a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
In the living room you will find a TV, sofa, a table, cupboards; in the bedroom you will find a 200cmx140cm bed, an office desk+chair a wardrobe and drawers. The kitchen is provided with cooking surface, oven, dishwasher and fridge. The toilette is provided with shower, sink and washing machine.

The flat is located within the borough of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg bordering the Spree river (10 min walk), and the Görlitzer Park (2 min walk).

From the apartment, you can reach the U-Bahn 1 and few bus lines in only 5 min walking distance. Around the corner you will have many bars and cafes, supermarkets.
