cosy room in Friedrichshain

Hallo zusammen,

wir (Fabi und Anna, beide Mitte 30 - ein Couple) vermieten temporär einen Raum in unserer Wohnung in Friedrichshain. Der Raum hat alles was du brauchst: Ein großes 180cm breites Bett und einen Schreibtisch, der sogar Höhenverstellbar ist und du auch im stehen arbeiten kannst :-)
Wir vermieten den Raum ab Juli (zunächst befristet) weil wir uns in Brandenburg ein kleines Häuschen gekauft haben und dort viel Zeit verbringen und daher nicht so viel in Berlin sind.
Wenn wir allerdings in Berlin sind, arbeiten wir auch von zuhause aus und wir haben 3 Hunde (manchmal sogar 4) - daher solltest du auf jeden Fall Hunde lieben und nicht nur akreptieren. Natürlich gehen die Hunde nicht in dein Zimmer, wenn du das nicht möchtest.
Wir teilen uns dann unsere Küche und das Bad.
Das Wohnzimmer kannst auch gerne nutzen, wenn wir nicht da sind, wenn wir da sind, brauchen wir den Raum, da einer von uns das Wohnzimmer als Büro nutzt.
Wir freuen uns über einen netten Mitbewohner, der gerne auch mal etwas zusammen kocht, wenn wir da sind.

Hello everyone,

We (Fabi and Anna, both in their mid-30s - a couple) are temporarily renting out a room in our apartment in Friedrichshain. The room has everything you need: a large 180cm wide bed and a desk that is even height-adjustable so you can work standing up :-)
We rent the room from July on because we spend a lot of time in our little house in Brandenburg and are therefore not in Berlin that much. You would have the apartment all to yourself during this time - although we are in Berlin a lot at the weekends.
However, when we are in Berlin, we also work from home and we have 3 dogs (sometimes even 4) - so you should definitely love dogs and not just accept them. Of course, the dogs don't go into your room if you don't want them to.
We share our kitchen and bathroom.
You are also welcome to use the living room when we are not there, when we are there we need the room as one of us uses the living room as an office.
We would be happy to have a nice roommate who likes to cook something together when we are there.
