The apartment is spacious, sunny and very central.
It has two fully furnished rooms, one bed room, one living room and a kitchen that has all the needed appliances.
I’m renting the apartment from 15.07 till 15.10 fully furnished and ready to move in.
The train station is 2 min away from the apartment and the Straßenbahn will take you to the hbf within 4 min.
There are 3 supermarkets within 5 min from the apartment, Aldi-Rewe and Netto.
The apartment is very central with access to a tram that is 2 min away on foot and this tram takes you to Bochum hbf in 5 min only and to Bochum Rathaus in 6 min.
There are 2 big supermarkets 5 min away from the flat, Rewe and Aldi and there’s a kiosk just 1 min away.
Multiple restaurants are within 5 min walk and you can reach the city centre very easily by taking the tram.
