Since I am leaving Bochum soon, I would like to looking for a tenant / Nachmieter(in) who has interest in a very good apartment near Ruhr University Bochum.
The apartment is from Apartment-rent-Company “Deutsche Annington Service GmbH”. You will also sign the rental contract directly with the company if you would like to take the apartment.
The apartment is well furnished, about 50 m², consisting of two main rooms (sleeping room, living room), bath room and kitchen. You will also have a big cellar and a nice garden. The warm rent is approximately 460 EUR including water, heating and electricity. There are two big supermarkets in the near, REWE and NETTO. About 3-5 minutes on foot you will get to the U35 Station Brenschedestr. which is just 2 stations away from University.
The apartment will be free from 01.Oct.2016. The circumstance of apartment is pretty good. The car parking is also very convenient and free.
I will charge you a “Nachkosten” 800 EUR for the well-furnished kitchen, Furniture, Refrigerators, washing machines etc.
