Ich suche (möglichst zum 1.12.2013) einen Nachmieter für meine 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Bochum Ehrenfeld/Weitmar Bärendorf. Die Wohnung ist 45m² groß, hat eine ziemlich große Wohnküche, zwei weitere Räume und ein kleines Badezimmer (mit Fenster).
Die Wohnung kostet 261 Euro warm (ohne Strom), wenn sie von Auszubildenden oder Studenten/Doktoranden gemietet wird. Ansonsten ist sie etwa 100 Euro teurer.
Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral. Aus der Innenstadt kann man abends laufen, wenn nichts mehr fährt (etwa 20min). Busse und Bahnen sind 5min entfernt.
Zur Uni ist es etwa eine halbe Stunde mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad.
Supermärkte etc. sind in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Den Boden habe ich damals selbst gekauft, würde ich verschenken. Ebenso eine alte Waschmaschine, falls Interesse besteht.
