Nach 5 Jahren muss ich mich nun von der gemütlichen kleinen Wohnung trennen. Die Gegend ist absolut ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Fussläufig ist man in 12 min am hbf und in 10 min im Bermuda. Das Schauspielhaus ist direkt um die ecke und 2 Bahnstationen in etwa 5 min zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber durch die praktische Aufteilung hatte ich Platz für alles, was ich hier brauchte :) Im Wohnzimmer ist eine kleine Kochecke. Das Bad wurde vor ca 3 Jahren komplett renoviert :) Ein Kellerraum ist vorhanden. Waschmaschine hatte ich im Bar stehen, da der Keller etwas klein dafür ist. Bei Fragen gerne melden, ansonsten einfach für einen Besichtigungstermin anschreiben :)
