Suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in der Lothringer Str. in Gerthe.
Parken ist überhaupt nie ein Problem. Es gibt immer Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Objekt. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist, sieht alles gut aus, da die Wohnung auch vor Kurzem erst auch renoviert worden ist.
Die Wohnung ist schön und in einer ruhigen Lage.
Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Lidl und KiK sind zu Fuß sehr sehr gut erreichbar.
Auch Gerthe Mitte liegt in unmittelbarar Nähe. Wer in die Stadt muss und kein Auto hat, kann auf Bus und Bahn zurückgreifen. Vor der Haustür ist eine Wiese, die für eine schöne Optik des gesamten Gründstücks sorgt.
