Da ich ab 1. Oktober 2013 für mindestens ein Jahr nicht in Bochum sein werde, suche ich für meine helle, renovierte 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung eilig eine/n Zwischenmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist 48 m² groß, sie umfasst 2 Zimmer, eine große und komplett ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Badewanne sowie einen Balkon und ist voll möbliert. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus.
Zeitraum: Ab 1.10.2013
Miete: 485 € pro Monat alles inklusive (einschl. Wasser, Strom, Heizung).
Telefon/Internetanschluss: kann bei Interesse von mir übernommen werden.
Kaution: eine Monatsmiete
Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage westlich der Innenstadt (Nähe Springerplatz).
Zum Hauptbahnhof (Fernverkehr und U-Bahnstation) sind es ca. 12 min zu Fuß. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist Engelbert-Brunnen/Bermudadreieck (ca. 6 min zu Fuß). Die S-Bahn-Station Bochum-Ehrenfeld ist 3-4min entfernt. Zur Tram-Haltestelle Bochumer Verein/Jahrhunderthalle sind es ca. 6 min zu Fuß.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man in ca. 5 min im Bermudadreieck (mit seinen Restaurants und Kneipen). In die andere Richtung ist man in 7-8 min im Westpark.
Die Wohnung kann u.U. auch für einen kürzeren oder längeren Zeitraum als die angegebenen 12 Monate gemietet werden.
