Die Wohnung hat ca. 65 Quadratmeter (1.OG) und teilmöbliert.
Wir haben bisher als Paar in der Wohnung gelebt. Die Wohnung bietet eine äußerst geräumige, bereits ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Trockner und Kühlschrank von der Vermieterin.
Zudem gibt es eine große Diele. Das Badzimmer kommt mit Dusche und bietet Anschluss für die Waschmaschine. Weiterhin gibt es natürlich noch ein Wohnzimmer und ein separates Schlafzimmer, die auch als WG-Zimmer genutzt werden können.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Die Straßenbahn Linie 308/318 Haltestelle "Vonovia Ruhr Stadium" ist direkt vor der Haustür, d.h. man ist schon in 2 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof und mit 3 Station im Bermuda3ck. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann und Apotheken sind mit 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind erfahrungsgemäß einfach zu finden.
Man hat hier also alles, was man sich wünschen kann und das zu einem wirklichen fairen Mietpreis für Grummer Verhältnisse.
