Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Hamme. Die Haltestelle Robertstraße befindet sich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes direkt vor der Haustür und liegt nur 4 Stationen vom Bochumer Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen(Edeka 350m, Netto 900m, Lidl 1,3 km). Sehr zu empfehlen: Der Pizzamann ein Haus weiter;-)
Alle Räume bis auf das mit Teppich ausgelegte Arbeitszimmer sind mit Laminat ausgestattet.
Die Küche kann gerne für 230€ inklusive Herd, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine übernommen werden. Es befindet sich dort auch noch ein kleiner Abstellraum, der ausreichend Platz für eine Waschmaschine bietet.
Es wohnen noch 4 weiteren Parteien im Haus: Ein junges Ehepaar, Eine WG mit 4 Studenten und 2 ältere Damen.
