Die Wohnung liegt in einer der schönsten Ecken Bochums - vorne raus Altbauten, hinten raus alles grün. Hohe Bäume überall. Zentral kann man das hier auch nennen: Josephstraße eben. Alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, die U35 - die Unilinie - ist ein paar Minuten entfernt.
Zur Aufteilung: Vom Flur gehen alle Zimmer ab. Vom Eingang aus die erste links ist das Bad mit Badewanne. Die zweite links ist die Küche. Gerade durch liegt das Schlafzimmer, der kleinste Raum. Rechts vom Flur liegen zwei einigermaßen große Zimmer. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Kellerräume und ein Verschlag auf dem Dachboden, wo man gut ein paar Sachen verstauen kann.
Ich nutze die Wohnung alleine, aber sie ist auch sehr WG-geeignet.
