This perfectly divided apartment is suitable for sharing among students. It has two big and one small room and big windows either facing the quiet avenue or the overgrown garden. The bathroom is rather small but has a bathtub and te possibility to turn it into a shower.
Everything is fully furnished because I'll leave Germany soon. If you need to move in earlier, there could be arrangements made as well.
The apartment is located in a quiet avenue 10 minutes by foot from the U35 which heads directly to the university and only 5 minutes from a tram and bus station from where you can get a ride to the city center in just a couple of minutes.
There is an Edeka market 5 minutes away from this street.
The furniture is included and available for a fair price as I'll leave Germany and then will move to a new place. The kitchen (NEFF) is only 6 years in use and has a dish washer and a microwave included. The living room consists of a rather old but cosy sofa, a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a sideboard to gain as well. These items are to be bargained, the other equipment can be taken at a fair price if needed, e.g. washing machine, beds etc.
