Wir lösen unsere WG auf und suchen Nachmieter für eine WG Neugründung. Im Haus leben nur Studenten-WGs und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Im Gegenzug ist es natürlich kein Problem, wenn es mal etwas lauter werden soll.
Die Wohnung hat 3 große Zimmer(17,17,22qm) wobei das größte quasi ein doppeltes Zimmer ist. Die Decken sind sehr hoch (3,30m) und eignen sich auch super für eine zweite Ebene. Die Küche ist groß genug für alles wichtige und geht zum Garten raus, den ihr mitbenutzen könnt. Grillen, Blumen oder Gemüse anpflanzen oder Sonnen im Sommer.

Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt, sowie nach Herne oder Gelsenkirchen geht innerhalb von 3-7 Minuten. U35,306, oder die Abellio Bahn.
Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht ihr in 7 Minuten per U Bahn oder Straßenbahn. Zum Rathaus ist man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten, zum Bermuda 25min.
Die A40 ist 3 min entfernt, parken ist kein Problem!
Edeka, Penny und diverse Trinkbuden sind in 5-10min zu erreichen.
