Es handelt sich hierbei um eine helle 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im 1.OG. Alle Zimmer sind über einen großen Flur miteinander verbunden. Es gibt ein großes Zimmer mit ca. 22qm und ein kleineres mit 13qm. Der 3. Raum ist offen zur Küche hin (kann als Ess-/Wohnzimmer genutzt werden). Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Duschwand und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Die restliche Wohnung wurde auch erst vor 1.5 Jahren komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung ist vollständig gefliest.
Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral direkt an der Ecke West-/Südring und somit ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die Haltestellen Hauptbahnhof, Rathaus und Bermudadreieck sind innerhalb von 5-10 min zu erreichen.
Auf Wunsch können Waschmaschine, Herd und Spüle (mit Boiler)übernommen werden. Haustiere sind eventuell nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt (Wir haben zur Zeit eine Katze).
Erreichen könnt ihr mich den ganzen Tag unter meiner Handynummer (meine Festnetznummer ist eine Homezone, also wenn ich nicht zuhause bin, ist die nicht aktiv). Auch Emails checke ich regelmäßig.
