Die ca. 63 qm große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt zentral ca. 700 Meter vom Bahnhof Bochum entfernt. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Eins der drei Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Durch die sehr große Wohnküche ist die Wohnung sehr gut für eine 2er WG geeignet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Altbaus, der zum Teil renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung wird über die Zentralheizung beheizt und hat überall doppelverglaste Fenster. Alle Räume sind gefliest (allergiker-geeignet).
Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum, in dem eine Waschmaschine angeschlossen werden kann. Außerdem gehört ein kleiner Kellerraum zur Wohnung (Vorhängeschloss).
Der kleine Garten kann von allen drei Parteien der Wohnung benutzt werden.
Das beste an der Wohnung ist die zentrale Lage: Tierpark und Stadtpark sind ca. 1 km entfernt und über eine Nebenstraße gut fußläufig zu erreichen; Stadion, RuhrCongress und Starlight Express sind ca. 2 km entfernt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 700 m zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. zur S-Bahn.
Die Wohnung wurde renoviert und steht zurzeit leer. Sie kann daher sofort bezogen werden.
