Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in der Bochumer Innenstadt. Die Wohung ist Zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, UBahn Haltestelle zur Uni und der Bahnhof sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Durch die 4. Etage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Dächer Bochums.
Die Einbauküche mit Herd (Cerankochfeld), Backoffen und Spühlmaschine kann vom Nachmieter übernommen werden (550€ VBS). Die restlichen Möbel können bei Interesse ebenfalls übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt Zentral in der Innenstadt direkt an der Drehschreibe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste UBahn Haltestelle ist 1 Minute entfernt und zum Bahnhof sind es 8 Minuten.
