da sich unsere WG ende Mai auflöst, werden unsere wunderbaren Räumlichkeiten frei.
Eine schöne helle Wohnung auf der 2.Etage mitten im Bermuda3Eck in der Brüderstraße. Die Wohnung hat 2 gleich große Zimmer (22 qm) und ein etwas kleineres Zimmer (16 qm) mit einem ruhigen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Die Küche und das Bad haben beide ein Fenster zum Innenhof. Ebenfalls gibt es noch eine kleine Abstellkammer und einen Keller, der zur Wohnung gehört.
Das Bermudadreieck befindet sich direkt vor deiner Haustür, ebenso wie viele Geschäfte.
Ein Rewe ist in unter 1 Min zu erreichen, ebenso wie Apotheke, Café, Dönerbude, Restaurant, Kneipe oder U-Bahn/Bus (Engelbertbrunnen/Kortumstr.).
Ein Lidl befindet sich 5 Min weiter am unteren Dreieck.
Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man 5 Min oder nimmt die U-Bahn vor der Tür wenn man ganz faul ist.
