Wir suchen für unsere schöne Wohnung in der Kortumstraße (Ecke Nordring) einen Nachmieter. Ab dem 1.10. könnten 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Abstellraum, trockener Kellerraum und Balkon euch gehören.
Zur U35 sind es 2-3 Minuten Fußweg, in die Innenstadt ebenfalls, Stadtpark ist fußläufig in 5 MInuten zu erreichen.
620€ Warmmiete
Die Küche muss mit übernommen werden, da wir sie nicht mitnehmen können. 850 € mit Herd, Spülmschine und Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach).
Die Wohnung wird unrenoviert übergeben (so wie wir sie auch bekommen haben), hat ein schönes Bad mit Fenster, ist sehr hell und ideal für Paare oder WG`s die nicht auf gleichgroße Zimmer bestehen. Sind keine gravierenden Mängel vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucher-Haushalt und ohne Haustiere :)
