Ich suche für mein wunderbares "Penthouse" einen Nachmieter. Die 75 Quadratmeter Wohnung mit 2,5 Zimmern, Diele, Bad, und Kellerraum verfügt über eine 25 Quadratmeter Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das "Bochumer Fenster" bzw. auf die Fußgängerzone. Trotz zentraler Lage (ca. 1 Minute Fußweg zum Hbf) ist die Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Es wurde eine nagelneue Hardeck-Küche vor einem Jahr maßangefertigt. Diese müsste vom Nachmieter übernommen werden (VB 3000 Euro). Auch eine Siemens-Waschmaschine (ca. 1 Jahr alt; VB 350 Euro) kann übernommen werden. Die Kündigung meinerseits erfolgt offiziell zum 01.10.2018; Der Nachmieter könnte theoretisch aber schon im Juli einziehen. Bei Interesse einfach Nachricht an Daniel.
Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung. Eine Minute Fußweg zum Bochumer Hauptbahnhof. Bus-und U-Bahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Mein Nachmieter sollte die ca. 1 Jahr alte Hardeck-Küche übernehmen (VB 3000 Euro)
Es könnte auch eine Siemens-Waschmaschine (1 Jahr alt, VB 350) sowie ein Pax-Schrank (halbes Jahr alt, VB 600 Euro) übernommen werden.
