Die Wohnung hat zwei Räume, ein Schlafzimmer, mit einem 1,60m breiten Bett, sowie eine Wohnküche, in der auch ein Schlafsofa steht, auf dem eine Person gut schlafen kann. Das Bad befindet sich außerhalb der Wohnung, direkt gegenüber der Wohnungstür, verfügt über eine Badewanne und ist separat abschliessbar. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist dadurch sehr hell. Obwohl man in der Mitte Bochums ist, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
In 3 min ist man am U-Bahnhof Oskar-Hoffmann-Strasse von dem aus man mit der U35 eine sehr gute Anbindung hat. In etwa 10 min ist man fußläufig am Hauptbahnhof
7-10 min entfernt sind ein Netto ( bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ), ein Bio-Supermarkt und ein Rewe.
Direkt neben dem Gebäude gibt es ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant.
DIe Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich. Im gesamten Haus herrscht ein freundliches Klima.
