Hi,
die Wohnung ist ab 1.07 frei, da mein Studium sich dem Ende neigt. Als Kölner werde ich meine Zelte hier abreißen. Ich war 2 Jahre hier und war sehr zufrieden. Gute Wohnung, gute Nachbarn. Und 35qm bei dem Preis, kriegt man selten. Die Küche ist ca. 3 Jahre alt, mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle und Schränken. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ein Spiegelschrank. Mehr gibt es eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Die Wohnung ist im 1.OG , was natürlich angenehmer ist als im 4.Stock zu wohnen. Das 2.Zimmer ist was größer, und hat ein großes Fenster mit Geländer, was im Sommer ganz angenehm ist, da die Sonne dort rein scheint.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.
Die Lage ist auch gut, nach 5min Fußweg ist man an der S-Bahn, welche nur eine Station braucht zum HBF. Der Bus ist auch 5min von der Wohnung entfernt, mit ihm ist man in 11min an der Ruhruni. Mit dem Auto braucht man keine 10min.
