Klein aber fein! Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer auf der Nordostseite, ein kleines Bad und eine recht großzügige Wohnküche. Das Non-Plus-Ultra ist der wunderschöne Balkon mit schönem Ausblick in den den Sonnenuntergang auf der Südwestseite. Auch wenn es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist, kann man sehr gut querlüften, da alle Räume über Fenster verfügen.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hat eine kleine Küchenzeile und im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine.

The appartment has a small bedroom (northeast), a small bath and a quite big living room with small kitchen. The best thing is the balcony on the southwest side with a beautiful view (wonderful sunsets included!).
Although it is located on the top floor and it can get quite hot in summer, it is easy to air, as all rooms have big windows. This way, you can always have a bit of air whizzing through.
The appartment is furnished with everything you need, has a small kitchen and there is a washing machine in the cellar.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im schönen Zentrum von Bochum Langendreer.
Bus und Bahn sind fußläufig in knapp 10 min erreichbar. Von hier aus ist man in von 5 min in der Bochumer Innenstadt, in 10 min an der TU Dortmund und in 15 min an der Ruhruniversität Bochum.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, in der Parkplätze nie ein Problem sind.
Ein großer REAL ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt oder alternativ ist ein (leider sehr kleiner) Aldi nur 5 Minuten weit weg (mit dem Auto natürlich sogar noch schneller).
Direkt um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Park mit Minigolfanlage, der immer zu einem kleinen Spaziergang oder einer Joggingrunde einlädt. Ein wenig weiter weg ist auch der Ümminger See.

The appartment is situated in the pretty borrow of Bochum Langendreer. The train and bus station is only a short 10 minute walk away. From there you can get to the city centre of Bochum within 5 minutes, the Technical University of Dortmund within 10 minutes and the Ruhr University Bochum within 15 minutes.
The appartment is a calm street with lots of parking spots.
There is a big supermarket (10 min walk) and a smaller one (5 min walk). Around the corner there is a beautiful little park where you can also play minigolf. A bigger park with a small lake is only 15 min away.
Da ich ein paar Monate im Ausland sein werde, suche ich eine/n zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in. Die Daten sind ein wenig flexibel, beispielsweise wäre eine Untermiete bis März ebenfalls möglich.
Ich kann die Wohnung jedem empfehlen - super und ruhige Lage, man kommt schnell überall hin (auch mitten in der Nacht) und der Balkon ist - gerade im Sommer - mein bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort.

As I will be abroad for a couple of months, I am looking for a reliable subtenant. The dates are somewhat flexible, as for example a longer rent until March would be possible.
I can only recommend the appartment - great and calm surrounding, you can get to all bigger cities really quick (during the night as well) and the balcony is - especially in summer - my place to be.
