wir bieten unsere super schöne dreizimmerwohnung in der nähe des bergbaumuseums zur zwischenmiete an. alle drei räume sind angenehm groß, hell und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. wir nutzen sie als schlaf-, arbeits- und wohnzimmer. im arbeits- und im wohnzimmer stehen sofas mit bettfunktion. außerdem gibt es eine wohnküche, in der ein großer esstisch und eine weitere couch platz gefunden haben. vom balkon, der nach westen zeigt, blickt man in einen großen innenhof mit bäumen.
die wohnung ist super geeignet für studienanfänger und neuankömmlinge in bochum, die sich erst einmal in ruhe umsehen wollen. aber auch leute, die kurzfristig in bochum eine bleibe suchen.

we offer our spacious, brigth and cozy apartment with three rooms nearby the U35 station 'bergbaumusueam' for sublease. we use the rooms as bedroom, living room and home office. There are sofa beds in the living room and in the home office. furthermore, there is a large kitchen with a big dining table and a small sofa in it. you have a nice view standing on the balcony (westward direction) as you look into a huge backyard with trees.

super anbindung an innenstadt und uni, da die station 'bergbaumuseum' der U35 in zwei minuten zu fuß zu erreichen ist. es ist eine U-Bahnstation bis in die innenstadt (Rathaus) und zwei sind es bis zum bahnhof.
penny und aldi sind gleich um die ecke. edeka, rewe und kaufland sind ca. 10 minuten entfernt.
excellent connection to city center and university as the subway station 'bergbaumuseum' of the line U35 is only 2 minutes away. it is one station to the city center and two stations to the central station.
small and cheap supermarkets are just around the corner. larger ones with a better range of products are 10 minutes by foot.
