Nach Modernisierung zu einer schönen Wohnung handelt es sich um einen Erstbezug. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gute Innenausstattung und kann ab sofort bezogen werden . Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, plus Küche und ein neues Bad. Die Modernisierung fand im Mai 2019, statt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Freisitz der ca. 15 qm groß ist. Das 2 Familienhaus, plus Souterrain Wohnung, liegt als HInterlieger in einer Sackgasse. Zum Wald sind es ca. 150m in Richtung Ruhrtal. Es ist absolut ruhig. Die Souterrainwohnung liegt nicht komplett im Kellergeschoß, sondern nur zur Hälfte, sodass ein Blick in den Garten möglich ist (siehe Bilder) und besitzt einen eigenen Eingang. Ein Einstellplatz kann nach Absprache ggf. übernommen werden. Im Januar 2019 wurde neue Brennwerttechnik eingebaut.
