Wohnung in Wetmar Mitte zur Untervermietung

Die Lage in Wietmar Mitte ist ziemlich ideal. Die Haltestellen für verschiedene Busse und Straßenbahnen liegen genau vor dem Hauseingang. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 min an der RUB und mit der Straßenbahn in 10 min in der Bochumer Innenstadt. Alles, was man so braucht ist weniger als 5 min Fußweg entfernt, REWE, Post, Bäcker, Arzt, Drogerie und eine Apotheke. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man aber auch überall gut hin, da einige der großen Radwege durch den Schlosspark, welcher 5 min entfernt ist, verlaufen. Man kommt aber z.B. auch in ca. 30 min mit der Bahn an die TU Dortmund. Im Sommer kommt man mit der Straßenbahn in 15 min runter zur Ruhr um die Sonne zu genießen oder um schwimmen zu gehen.

The location in Wietmar Mitte is quite ideal. The bus and tram stops are right in front of the building. It takes 20 minutes to get to the RUB by bus and 10 minutes to Bochum city centre by tram. Everything you need is less than a 5-minute walk away: REWE, post office, bakery, doctor, drugstore and a pharmacy. You can also get everywhere by bike, as some of the large cycle paths run through the Schlosspark, which is 5 minutes away. You can also get to the TU Dortmund in about 30 minutes by train, for example. In summer, the tram takes you down to the Ruhr in 15 minutes to enjoy the sun or go swimming.

In den genannten 680€ sind alle Kosten enthalten, also auch Strom, Gas, Internet usw. Die Wohnung ist für einen Doktoranden alleine gut zu bezahlen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung auch als 2er WG zu nutzen da das Sofa zu einem Bett mit Boxspringunterbau umgebaute werden kann. Ich habe selber sehr lange in einer 2er WG in der Wohnung gewohnt und das funktionierte sehr gut. Ich habe mittlerweile in der Küche sowie im Schlafzimmer ziemlich gute Musikboxen stehen die ich, falls gewünscht, auch solange da lassen würde. Die Wände sind ziemlich dick und die Nachbarn wirklich sehr entspannt ;). Generell ist die Wohnung und mein Angebot hier auf Leute ausgerichtet, die neu nach Bochum kommen und erst einmal eine vernünftige Wohnung brauchen um eine längerfristige Wohnung zu finden und Möbel besorgen müssen. Bei den Kosten für Strom und Gas werde ich nach Verbrauch abrechnen, da die Wohnung ziemlich energieeffizient ist, ist die reale Miete am Ende vermutlich etwas günstiger.

It is also possible to use the flat as a shared flat for two people, as the sofa can be converted into a bed with a box spring base. I lived in the flat myself for a very long time in a shared flat for two people and it worked very well. In the meantime, I have quite good music boxes in the kitchen and in the bedroom, which I would leave there for the time beeing if you wanted to. The walls are quite thick and the neighbours are really relaxed ;). In general, the flat and my offer here is aimed at people who are new to Bochum and first need to finde a decent place to live for a longer period of time and need to get furniture. For the costs of electricity and gas, I will charge according to consumption, as the flat is quite energy-efficient, the real rent will probably be a bit cheaper in the end.
