Da es uns für eine Weile in die Ferne zieht, bieten wir ab 1. Juli 2024 unsere gemütliche voll möblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung in Bochum für neun Monate zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist 55 Quadratmeter groß, hat zwei Zimmer, eine geräumige Küche und ein Badezimmer.
Ausstattung: Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie hat zwei Zimmer (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer), eine Küche und ein Bad. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine gemütliche Couch, einen Fernseher (kein Kabel, aber Smart-TV mit Netflix, Amazon etc.) und Hifi. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Bett (1,40 Meter breit), zwei Kleiderschränke und ein Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch. Drucker und Scanner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Schränken ausgestattet. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen usw.), ist vorhanden. In der Küche stehen außerdem eine Couch, ein Tisch mit Stühlen und eine Musikanlage. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Wäsche kann auf dem Trockenboden getrocknet werden.

We are offering our cozy, fully furnished and equipped apartment in Bochum for nine months as an interim rent from July 1, 2024. The apartment is 55 square meters, has two rooms, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom.
Facilities: The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building. It has two rooms (living room, bedroom), a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable couch, a television (no cable, but smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, etc.) and hi-fi. The bedroom has a bed (1.40 meters wide), two wardrobes and a work area with a desk. Printers and scanners are also available. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and cupboards. Everything you need for cooking (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.) is available. The kitchen also has a couch, a table with chairs and a music system. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. Laundry can be dried on the drying floor.
Die Wohnung liegt im trendigen Bochumer Stadtteil Ehrenfeld direkt neben dem schönen Park Wiesental. Ins Bochumer Zentrum sind es zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten (Ausgehviertel Bermuda-Dreieck mit vielen Restaurants und Bars, Schauspielhaus, Kinos, Shoppingmöglichkeiten). Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linien 308, 318), mit der man in etwa fünf Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof kommt, ist fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächste S-Bahn-Haltestelle (S1 Richtung Dortmund/Essen) liegt circa zehn Minuten entfernt. Busse verkehren regelmäßig, die nächste Haltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Netto) sind ebenfalls in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt eine direkte Autobahnanbindung (A448, A40). Ein Kiosk und eine Bäckerei sind direkt um die Ecke. Zur Ruhr-Universität braucht man etwa 25 Minuten (Straßenbahn 308/318, U35).

The apartment is located in the trendy Ehrenfeld district of Bochum, right next to the beautiful Wiesental Park. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center of Bochum (the Bermuda Dreieck nightlife area with many restaurants and bars, theater, cinemas, shopping opportunities). A tram stop (lines 308, 318), which takes you to the main train station (Bochum Hauptbahnhof) in about five minutes, is a five-minute walk away. The next S-Bahn stop (S1 towards Dortmund/Essen) is about ten minutes away. Buses run regularly and the next stop is close by. Shops (Aldi, Rewe, Netto) can also be reached in about ten minutes on foot. There also is a close highway connection (A448, A40). A kiosk and a bakery are right around the corner. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the Ruhr University (tram 308/318, U35).
