Over 3 generations our family has built and managed a family owned appartment building with over 1000 sqm² of living space distributed to various appartments.
From modern to country style - from a single studio to a multiple bedroom appartment - each place is uique and different as it has all been built and designed
by the landlord and his family.
The building also contains a little carpenter shop - privatly owned carports-parking space and garages for tenants and guests.
Each appartment has a different style and unique layout but one common theme - wood - light and love to the detail in carpentry!
The landlord worked for a US firm in various countries and will help you to feel at home and manage all your contract related responsibilities -
he will also consult on your topics of interest - e.g. local shopping - entertainment - sports - tourist attractions and recreational activities
Dagersheim is a village with 6000 habitants only 2 miles away from Böblingen - you find various local shops/bancs/bars and restaurants with home delivery service
One mile away you find a major mall with opening hours form 8 am to 10 pm on most days
The appartment will be properly cleaned - carpet cleaned with hot steam and walls newly painted before you move in
All repairs are made by the landlord himself or organized with local experts
We have a huge garden for your personal usage including a barbecue garden house holding space for 8 people including a grill
Only 0.7 miles from our house you can enter a local forrest which is excellent for walks - jogging or mountain bike tours
We are only a few miles away from the well know black forrest area which offers all kind of outdoor activities
We succesfully hosted foreigners from various countries - some become close friends and some enjoyed to pratice their
practical skills building their own piece of furniture as a memory of their stay in this unique and exclusive building!
If any of you are into gardening - you get all tools and your own square to plant and harvest
Last but no least - the world famous "Kehrwoche" which is common in the local swabian region does not exist with us!

a carpenter shop in this building for about 100 years so we have plenty of antique and modern furniture applications
we will make a detailed inventory report after you moved in and decided how you finally like to decorate your place!
Your kitchen comes with built in refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher - cleaning utilities-microwave and vacuum cleaner on demand!
