Wir suchen für unsere sehr schöne Maisonette-Wohnung in Alfter einen Nachmieter zum 15.11.2013.
Die Wohnung hat 3,5 Zimmer und eine sehr schöne Aufteilung, also große Wohnküche, separates Zimmer auf der unteren Ebene und insgesamt 2 Bäder (1 Bad mit Badewanne unten und 1 Bad mit Dusche oben).
Weiterhin rundet ein mittelgroßer Balkon die Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung ab. Dort hat man tagsüber und abends Sonne. Es steht noch ein Keller zu Verfügung. Im Keller sind auch Anschlüsse für die Waschmaschine und den Trockner.
Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein "STELLPLATZ" am Haus.
Der Zustand des Hauses ist neu und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett.
Die Nebenkosten (inklusive Wasser und Heizung sowie Stellplatz) belaufen sich auf ca. 170,00 EUR.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man sehr schön zu Fuß im Kottenforst spazieren oder Fahrradfahren gehen. Auf der anderen Seit ist man in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto in Bonn und hat auch viele Geschäfte (Toom, Aldi, Obi, Getränkemärkte) in ca. 800m Entfernung.
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und Wohngegend mit Ruhe.
