Die Wohnung hat ein Zimmer nach hinten raus (Schlafzimmer) und das Wohnzimmer mit zwei Fenstern nach vorne. Küchenfenster ebenfalls nach vorne. Küche ist sehr klein, aber bei mir hat es immer gut funktioniert. Bad ist im Hausinneren (kein Fenster). Es gibt keinen Kellerraum, dafür aber Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller. Ein Hinterhof zum abstellen von Fahrrädern ist auch vorhanden.
Lage: ein Traum! Ich würde auch nie wegziehen wenn ich nicht eine familie gründen würde... eine Minute zu Ümit, Rewe, Haltestelle Rosental, Machold. Pawlow zwei Minuten, Frankenbad drei. Einen Parkplatz habe ich auch immer gefunden, obwohl direkt vorm Haus nur für Anwohner ist. Zu Bertha oder Haltestelle Stadthaus zu Fuß keine zehn Minuten.
Momentan ist ein ziemlich scheußlicher Teppich drin, der wird allerdings noch im Januar rausgenommen. Ich bin schon raus aus der Wohnung, wohne aber in der Nähe, Besichtigungen sollten spontan möglich sein.
