The top floor apartment is in very good condition (2 years ago completely renovated), and also very nice and bright. I'm looking for a one year period an interim tenant, because I will leave Bonn professionally for one year.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Anbindung (nur ca. 5 Minuten von der S-Bahn-Stadtion Konrad-Adenauer-Platz entfernt). Zudem gibt es im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten diverse Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Bars der Beueler Innenstadt bzw. den Rhein als Naherholungsgebiet.
The apartment has a very good connection (only about 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station Konrad-Adenauer-Platz). There are also within 5 minutes walk several supermarkets, shops and bars of the city center of Bonn/Beuel and the Rhine as a recreational area.
