The flat is fully furnished so it is suitable for singles, couples, families with up to two kids or as a shared flat for 2-3 people. As we have two children ourselves the required furniture and equipment are available.

Ruhige Seitenstraße in Castell, nähe Römerstraße, ca. 300m zum Rhein, Bäcker, Supermärkte, Spielplätze, Bushaltestelle Nordstraße innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß. Ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis in die Innenstadt und in die Altstadt.

Quiet residential street in Castell, close to Römerstraße. About 300m from the Rhine, Bakery, Supermarkets, Playgrounds and Nordstraße bus stop can all be reached within minutes of walking. 5 minutes by bike to get into the city center or Altstadt (lively area with tons of bars and restaurants).
Zeitraum und Abwicklung:
Die Wohnung ist von ca. Ende März 2020 bis ca. Anfang August 2020 verfügbar, genaue Daten können vereinbart werden. Die Wohnung wird inklusive aller Möbel zur vollen Nutzung überlassen. Unsere privaten Dinge werden im Keller unterbringen, dieser wird deshalb nicht mit vermietet.
Timing and logistics:
The flat will be free from end of March 2020 to early August 2020. Exact dates of the sublease can still be agreed. The flat will be left for use including all furniture and equipment. Our private belongings will be moved into our basement which will therefore not be sublet.
