Helle moderne WG in der nähe Bonn altstadt (Internationals welcome)

The flat is right by the Rosental stop, which serves the 550 bus and 61 tram that connect you to hbf within 10 minutes. You can also reach the 600/601 bus line with a 6 minute walk.

We are right across the street from the altstadt, which has tons of bars and pubs, and is lined with famous cherry blossom trees that bloom in the spring. You also only need a ten minute walk to reach Zentrum.

We’re perfectly situated between a Netto and Aldi, and just down the street from a Rewe so don’t worry about needing to carry your heavy groceries too far! It’s also nice because if you forget to buy eggs you can just run to the nearby Netto and be home again within 10 minutes.

The building consists mainly of young people, many international, and there is a family that lives on the fourth floor as well. The building is also attached to a garage where you can rent a parking space, but it’s usually not too difficult to find parking on the street outside! There's also a basement for bikes if you need to secure one overnight. The building has an elevator, a washing machine and dryer in the basement, soundproof rooms, and cleaning service that comes every other week. We also have a building-wide groupchat that we use to communicate fairly regularly.
